SAP 最近致力開發其 Joule AI Copilot，陸續整合到更多的產品中，最近更宣佈，其 Joule AI Copilot 將會加入到更多企業應用產品中，更計劃整合 Microsoft Copilot 進一步提升 AI 功能。
據報導指，SAP 將會把 Joule AI Copilot 加入到 SAP Ariba 和 SAP Analytics Cloud 等企業方案中。此外，SAP 還計劃將 Joule AI 與 Microsoft Copilot 整合，利用 Microsoft 365 來增強 AI 功能。SAP 總裁 Christian Klein 強調，公司致力應用革命性技術，幫助企業在現今變化快速的環境中蓬勃發展。
Joule AI 在去年 9 月推出，是類似 Microsoft Copilot 的產品，可在桌面和手機平台上使用，它最初與 SAP SuccessFactors 和 SAP Start 整合，後來支援範圍擴展到 SAP 的 S/4HANA Cloud、Customer Data Platform、BTP Cockpit、Build、Build Code 和 Integration Suite。
Joule AI 支援的語言也陸續增加，除英語外，還將會加入德語、西班牙語、法語和葡萄牙語的支援。而當 Joule 與 Microsoft Copilot 整合後，SAP 應用將可以與 Microsoft 365 之間達到無縫數據同步，使用戶能夠在 AI 助手之間輕鬆切換。
